With his all-round [[SMK]] ability many people expect that he will keep on winning the [http://www.championnat-smk.org/ CDF]/CDM for years to come. With him being the man to beat now, he is in a totally different position then the one he was used to be in. It will be interesting to see if he can withstand this added pressure of living up to these expectations and keep on controlling the [[SMK]] scene for years to come.

Florent Lecoanet has proven to be the most dominant force in SMK over the past years and is without a doubt the most succesful SMK player in history. However, in 2012 his all-time rival Sami Çetin has managed to break Florent's SMK World Championship winning streak. It will be interesting to see if Florent can resume his reign again in the years that lie ahead of us, or if Sami's CDM 2012 heralded the start of a new era in SMK's glocal competition.
