Leyla returned to Time Trial in February 2011 to finish some unfinished business on Mario Circuit 1 Time Trial which was to reach a Non-NBT 1'02" time. She is now able to review other tracks on Time Trial if she competes further in future.

Another comeback in 2012 led Leyla to improve more of her weaker records in Time Trial. Eventually she managed to reach her first Women's World Record on 7th January 2012 on [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsWfXy3htYI Choco Island 1 lap with 0'12"78 ] <- Vid link.
