Restart until you spawn in one of the small buildings. Do a 5 coin suicide. Hope you respawn in a small building. If you do, do a 5 coin suicide.
If respawn in the large building, do a 5 coin suicide off the large ramp. You won't be able to pick up the coins as you die off of this ramp, however.
If you spawn elsewhere, kill yourself as fast as possible.
Ideally, you want to get 5 straight spawns in the small buildings. The chance of this happening after getting an inital spawn in a small building is 1 in 256. Thus far, three people have managed to get this wonderful spawn sequence, but all three managed to screw up the suicides on these runs. The best known time to date was done in 6 spawns.
