Some of the links aren't working. But when you change them to the "real links", then the link isn't working anymore. It seems like that links can't include two ' in the filename.
So "http://host16.mkdd.free.fr/16%20RR%202'56'305%20rapha.WMV" is displayed as a working link, but
"http://host16.mkdd.free.fr/16%20RR%202'56''305%20rapha.WMV" isn't (although that's the only working link). Look at the two ' between the time digits.
