A useful technique with this weapon is to hold R (or L) and the right (or left) C-button (yellow), then the character will run onto the same spot (like a immobile moonwalk). At the same time the aim of the target will move by millimeters so that when you shoot the arrows dont hit themselves but hit always the center of the target.
Another technique of course is to be skilled with the shooting cadency, making it as near as possible from the cadency doable with the controller.
