Start of holding down left or down right on the left stick, and hold the right stick perfectly right or left (about chest level). The pause on my Turbo controller (and I'm sure for an X-Box 360 standard controller) doesn't register until you've actually released the button physically, so you have to play around with it a bit until you can get a 0.08 pause (I start mashing start before I even get control of Jo). Use the pause pull out falcon, and put your turbo on the Right Trigger. Try to land the first bullet of the clip anywhere on the gaurd ASAP and then if you want to be a dork, crouch twice, look at the ground and go to unarmed. I did this practically optimally and can get a 3.66 run almost everytime on XBLA. Also, my Turbo Controller is a Hori Ex 2 Turbo controller that is only 20 Hits per second (and is licensed for X-Box 360). Perharps, if you someone had a 100 hits per second controller, beating 3.66 MIGHT be possible but I doubt it because my crosshair is on the gaurd and I'm waiting for the gun to fire.
