Outside of gaming Alex enjoys lifting and magic tricks. He is also somewhat of a musician - playing the piano, drums and guitar.

His biggest accomplishment in life is probably beating Bop-It Extreme in 2004 after 2 years of practicing. So far only a handful of people have accomplished this feat, which takes a little over 5 minutes to complete.
