Rich "Motox" Hatch was introduced to the Elite in March 2004 by [[Come]]. At the time Motox was one of the leading participants in The Kill Everyone Project where his ranking peaked at 14 in both kills and Gasgames. He has been a casual [[Goldeneye]] and [[Perfect Dark]] player and has several decent [[Mario Kart 64]] times. Rich also plays Starcraft and is pretty good at it!

He is the student body treasurer at his college (The College of Idaho) and likes to run cross country and track.

Bayroot is a variation on [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beer_pong Beer Pong], a drinking game with 128 competitors.  In 2014, he was invited to the inaugural World Championship Beer Mile where he finished 10th in the Semi-Elite field.
