'''Otto "Dark Otto" Oksman''' is one of the oldest still-active members of [[The Elite]], having joined the [[Perfect Dark]] rankings in September of 2000.  The Elite's only Finnish member has been playing on and off for the better part of seven years, Otto finally achieved a lifetime goal in early 2007 when he became a member of PD's Top Ten (and also the best PD player in Europe).  He has earned some very impressive WRs in his time at PD, including Chicago A :15 and PA :28, but what other players most appreciate is that he's one of only two (other being [[Bosshardt]]) fully proven players in the game, with vids available on 63/63 levels.
