Go towards the latter and take out your Golden Gun before the game does it for you. Kill the guy at the top of the latter and climb the other latter. Kill the enemy at the top and climb the latter. Hug the wall and go past the enemies to the latter. After the cutscene at the top, kill the guy directly ahead of you and take out your laser. Cut the lock on the door and head down the stairs, paying no attention to any of the enemies. Use you laser to cut the lock on the fence at the bottom, and take out your Golden Gun. As soon as you come around the corner, look 90 degrees to your right and shoot the explosive barrels below the sniper. Doing so before the cutscene activates if preferable.

Afterwards, look back left 90 degrees and head towards the stairs. Take one jump from the bottom to glide up the stairs without a loss in speed. Head towards Bloch and hit the flashing green button to knock the bridge back down. As soon as you do, take a step back and jump forward. Mash the jump button a few times and you should make it over without the bridge fully down. Open the door to get the checkpoint.
